What Does It Include?

✔️ Maximum loan amount: €190,000
✔️ Repayment period: 3 to 30 years
✔️ 50% of the loan interest-free (via the Recovery Fund)
✔️ Partial interest subsidy for families with 3 or more children and residents of specific areas
✔️ No application or approval fees
