    First step:

    The client is informed about the loan granting procedure, the products of the Banks, the required documents and the costs of the loan.

  • Loan application

    Step two:

    The application is completed in cooperation with the client by Easiness by Aambience.

  • Loan pre-approval

    Step three:

    The client is informed about the pre-approval of his loan by his personalised advisor and is also informed about the necessary documents in order to carry out the legal and technical check.

  • Legal and technical inspection of the property

    Step four:

    Once the legal and technical inspection is completed, the purchase and sale contract is concluded.

  • Final loan approval

    Step five:

    The final contract is checked and the loan agreement is drawn up.

  • Signature of the loan agreement

    Sixth step:

    The Customer goes to the Branch to sign the final approval letter and the loan agreement.

  • Registration of a prefix

    Step seven:

    The Bank’s competent department verifies the correctness of the contract and all the documents required and gives the instructions for the registration of the endorsement.

  • Loan disbursement

    Eighth step:

    Once the registration of the mortgage is completed, the loan will be disbursed.
